DRIVING SIMULATOR TRAINING SESSIONS

CDL Simulator Training

95% of incidents are caused by drivers making poor decisions

Simulation-based training is a proven tool for pre-hire driver assessment, safety refresher training, and post -accident training. The simulator-based training approach allows practice of critical decision making skills and reinforces positive decision making. It provides situational and spacial awareness in a realistic, risk free environment.

Simulation based training is new, state-of-the-art experiential technology. A fully customizable, progressively difficult skill development path developed by our highly trained instructors can improve defensive driving and will help hone decision making skills. This training will allow students to practice responses to dangerous situations and make the poor decisions  in a safe and controlled environment.

We can record operator reactions and response times and provide after-action reviews that point out areas for improvement. Licensed and certified Instructors are there to observe, assess and correct the driver.

Superior TDA can customize a training package to fit your company’s driver related needs. Options are flexible and applicable to drivers who operate a variety of vehicle types, in a variety of work conditions. Scenarios can be designed to address learning objectives relevant to your department and individual employees.

Simulated Training can be provided in any model of vehicle, 8 speed- 18 speed or automatic, Day or Night. Weather Conditions on any assessment include Rain, Snow, Fog, Ice, Wind and Sun glare. Assessments can also be conducted with impaired reaction (under the influence)
